All of my Products are made with a variety of materials. The beads I use are glass, gem, stone, acrylic, 3D printed, or plastic. Chains and jewelry findings are stainless-steel, stainless-steel beading wire, anodized aluminum craft wire or anodized sculpting wire.

We understand there are occasionally instances where customers need to return or exchange items. Once you receive your package, you'll have 2 weeks to return, or 4 weeks to exchange your items!

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages: Please email me regarding damaged, lost, or delayed packages. I'll do my best to remedy each situation, case-by-case.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping information will be calculated in advance and posted in the description box of each item.

Shipment Processing Time: Once your order is placed, I'll do my best to ensure your package goes out within 3 business days. Prior vacation time will be posted on the shop in advance, this could result in delayed shipping.
