Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 3-4 business days. If you pre-order an item, it may take up to two weeks to process. If you’re interested in a custom piece, processing time will be based on materials and should be discussed via e-mail.
Shipping Policy
Small orders will ship via USPS, and larger/heavier orders will ship via UPS. Tracking will be in your order confirmation e-mail.
Ground Advantage: Low rates for packages with expected delivery in 2-5 business days.
Priority Mail: Should arrive in 2-3 business days.
